Error Pokemon Coin

Has anyone ever seen an error like this happen when getting the boxes that have the coins in them? Cause this is the first time I have. I'm just curious on how rare it is to happen. I got it from the Pokemon Battle Academy Box that is Darkrai, Pikachu, and Armarouge.
