Foreign Pokémon

Does anyone by chance happen to have a foreign Ditto or any of the starters that are foreign as well? Looking for one or the other to increase my odds to hatch a shiny starter! Not sure what I could offer in return, but just let me know what you’re looking for! Thank you :)
