Do I need to be worried?

My toilet came a little loose, was rocking slightly when sat upon. I discovered that one of the side bolts was loose and easily tightened it. Do I need to be worried that the seal with the wax ring is compromised and that I might be leaking below my floor? Does it need to be reset or am I worrying for nothing?
