PlexAmp won't play music

So I just downloaded PlexAmp and when I open it, no issue. However, whenever I attempt to play music it pulls up the song and then auto stops and closes the "player" portion of the app. Anyone else? Attempted to Google, but could only find links for the iOS app of Plex.

EDIT: First off, I am not sure why someone would down vote this, but hey, whatever's clever I guess. The fix for me was the file I was attempting to listen to didn't exist in the server any more. The record was still there, but not the actual song. I figured this out when I attempted to play the song on the plex media app on my computer. It gave me a dialog box about the song being missing.

Thank you for those who suggested I look at the Plex logs. It didn't really help, but it made me think of something else to try.
