Pipes and cigars cancelled my backorder without request

I emailed support yesterday about why my backorder hasn't shipped and they sent this and apparently when I searched my email I found one that said that I had requested a cancellation when I had not. I'm pissed. I wanted my tobacco before they're gone forever.
