Pimax Discount codes don't work

Has anyone had any issues with Pimax discount codes? I was given a discount code in August due to delays in delivery of my Pimax headset and told the code was valid for 1 year, but when I go to apply it when purchasing the Crystal Comfort Topstrap, it doesn't do anything.
