Why is the Philippines not participating in boycotting the huge companies supporting gen0cide?

I'm not hating on anyone, this is a genuine question. A lot of branches of Mcdo and Starbucks have already closed down due to ppl boycotting them. I thought soon enough, PH would do the same. Recently, an issue abt Anne and Vice came out regarding the brand they're endorsing, and I thought it would stir something abt what is happening in other countries rn but it didn't. As once a colonization of other countries before, shouldn't we know better? Or am I missing something here?

Also, my classmates know so much of world issues but no one's talking abt this one at school and they even go to mcdo almost every other day. Little to none in the Philippine media also seems to talk abt this issue.

Am I missing something here? I'm just so confused, please don't hate
