How tf do I get a reservation for Zahav

On their website and resy, it says reservations go out 11:00 am ET for four weeks ahead of the date. I have been on resy (tried both the app and their website) to get a reservation AT 11:00 am. I’m talking timed my refresh to the millisecond. And both times as I’m sitting on the dates page at 11:00:01 am SHARP and it’ll say there are no tables available. Am I doing something wrong? I’m so confused.
