The best use for this

My two main DPS are Gojo and Nobara, with my skills being slightly superior on Gojo.

Question is, what would be the optimized use here ? I will probably concentrate them on Gojo, to increase its powerhouse.

Would you recommend putting both on one skill? If so, ult or skill 1? Or maybe 1 skill one and 1 ult ? What strategy did you pick so far
