Weight fluctuations
Hello!! I (5,1, 150-154lbs) have been working out consistently for almost 2 months now. My weight dropped steadily from 154-150 within a couple weeks of being in deficit. Today however, I weigh myself and I am back up to 154. I have no idea what’s going on.
In the past this would make me lose motivation, but right now I am more motivated than ever. I am just confused. I know not to only look at the numbers on the scale for validation.
My work pants are fitting better, I can tell I’m losing fat. I just don’t know why the scale is telling me I’m still 154. It’s annoying!! Any thoughts?
I could be bloated and holding in water weight but I’m not sure! Thank youuuu💗💗
