How do you incorporate protein?

I’m eating in a caloric deficit and am trying to stay focused on protein, but finding it hard.

I see a lot of people use protein powders or drinks. How do you incorporate them into your diets? Especially with a caloric deficit?

I’d so much rather eat my protein than drink it, do you add protein to foods? How?

I get tired of eggs, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese. Meat needs to be cooked and prepped.

What’s quick, easy, protein-packed, low calorie, and satisfying?
