Made it out of obesity this year 🥹

I'm 5'3", hit my highest weight at 186lbs in 2023 and started working my way down. Lots of bumps in the road but I'm finally only overweight! As you can see, I had a lot of consistency at the end of 2023 (purple line is where the new year starts). I was doing cardio 4 times per week and eating under 1500 calories. I realized this year that I have a lot of food noise. Talked to my doctor and she recommended tirzepatide, with the caveat that I need to still get fit too. Started zep in October 2024. Increased my dose and re-committed to daily cardio and 2x per week weight training in November 2024. Exercising has become my fail-safe method of having a good day. The transformation has been dramatic these last two months and I'm so excited for 2025 to be the year I hit a normal BMI range for the first time!
