Any advice for bloating and constipation? (5’2” 146)

I have been trying to lose these last 6 pounds since this year to not avail. 🫣🫣
I work out 3 times a week, 30 mins cardio 30 min weights. Other days, I’m pretty much sedentary since I work from home.
Diet consists of protein shakes, apples, cookies and donuts (1x or 2x a week), fast food (grad student trying to survive), air fryer wings, white rice, veggies. I eat on average 1700 cals. I try doing 1200-1400 but I’m never able to maintain it.
I’m often bloated a lot and use the bathroom like every 2-3 days (horrible I know). I feel like my diet is the problem. I probably have to cut out gluten 🥲🥲
Does anyone have any similar experiences? And how did you fix it? Thanks!
