How do you gals get maintenances of 2000+ calories?!
Question in the title - I’m a 5 ft 4 lady at 131lbs and my maintenance is at 1607 currently. I’m desperate to increase my muscle mass and trim my body fat, but I find myself over eating on days I train because I struggle with having a deficit. I see so many strong and muscular women on social media that have 2000 to even 2500 maintenance calories and I long to get there, partly because I want their physique but also because I want to be able to eat more! Any tips on how you build muscle whilst maintaining a lean and low fat physique are very welcome!
