Training for longevity

So all my life I've basically just done strength training and a bit of cardio in periods. But I want to switch my mentality from just trying to get strong, to longevity. Now I'm mixing in strength training, different zones of cardio, mobility training, balance, flexibility - maybe the last few can fall under the same umbrella.

But to anyone who trains this way, how do you prioritise? Or fit everything in? With strength training if I want to train everything twice, I need to be in the gym 4-5 days for 45m-1h, add in everything else and it's looking like 1.5h-2h gym sessions everyday, which I don't want to get straight into!
