Finding a doctor familiar with Peter Attia regiment?

Just finished Outlive and found it amazing. Working to incorporate its best practices into my life and one of the things I'm trying to find is a doctor familiar with his work. I actually live in San Diego so feel like I have a better shot than most, but wondering if anyone else has found a doctor that uses his framework and how they did it?
