Where would a beginner start to learn all this stuff?
This sub was recommended to me by Reddit after I visited other subs about longevity. I have no idea who Peter Attia is. I checked out his YouTube and website and didn't understand much. There are very long videos and all sort of unknown terms and abbreviations. His website seems incredibly confusing to me.
Where would a beginner start to learn the basics of this? Does he have a basic "to do" list and a list of supplements to take and food to eat, like Bryan Johnson does?
