Wellington - Registered Property Valuer

I have a new apartment (still under construction) due for settlement in October 2024. BNZ has conditionally approved the mortgage application. One of the conditions is for a registered valuation to be completed. Can anyone recommend a Wellington based registered valuer to use? Developer has advised that no site access allowed so will likely be a desktop valuation. Thanks in advance.
