Will these offices be open next week on campus?

Like the title says, will any of the following offices be open next week: College Of Engineering scholarship office, COE Deans office, Office of Student Aid, and the Office Of the Bursar. I need to especially get in contact with someone from the first 2 offices urgently before August 18th.
