[Text] Would a GPU upgrade be necessary?

CPU Ryzen 7 7700x GPU Nvidia GTX 1080 (non-ti)

Meow, I know what you're wondering.. "Well, does your gpu keep up with your games?" And yes, FFXIV on ultra does just fine on 4k. Other games run fine as well, though sometimes on one game (Once Human) I got a couple "Low on VRAM"

So, my main concern is does it matter that my card is almost 10 years old?

I've got my eye on a XFX Speedster SWFT210 Radeon RX 7800XT for an upgrade cause 1. Fheck Nvidia and 2. I mean look at my pfp, I AM a Speedster O:
