Upgraded my GPU but screens say no signal
So I built this back in 2020 and decided to upgrade from an RTX2060 to an RTX4070. I made sure everything was unplugged removed the old card put the new one in and booted it up and got no signal, checked yt and chat GPT for fixes but nothing worked. I then put the old card back in and the issue has stayed I again checked online but still couldn't find any fixes. Fans spin on my 4070 when it's plugged so everything is receiving power, I'm thinking it's an issue with the bios but I can't check cuz I can't get a signal and my processor doesn't have integrated graphics.
Anyone have ideas of what I can do to sort this out? And I'll drop my specs below.
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor RTX 2060 gaming pro OC 6G GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 Motherboard 32GB Corsair 3600Mhz ram (8gb ×4) Evga 600 W1, 80+ PSU Idk what other specs I need to put here, let me know what you wanna know and I'll tell you.
