Help with Bottleneck

In my current PC build I have a RTX 3070, i7 12700, H670M, and 64GB RAM. Now I’ve been always running Valorant for in smooth 240fps even while streaming pretty much same thing. Now recently with the newest update I keep getting frame drops so I was thinking of how I can maybe exchange parts or overclock/ undervolt my cpu and I’m a bit stuck in what exactly to change.

I have in mind to configure a whole new pc by end of the year so I just wanna make a small upgrade now which will tho significantly help me out with frames and further, because while streaming the game has been nearly unplayable especially on certain maps, any ideas or tips?
