First pc

Hello, I want to buy my first pc for animation and video editing, my budget is $3000 aus. I care a lot about performance and not as much about looks. Is it possible to include a ryzen 7 and an rtx 4070 ti super whilst still having a lot of ram and storage and withought breaking budget? Wondering if anyone could come up with something. Much appreciated👍
