Should the Patriots move on from Mayo?

I personally have not seen any growth aside from some explosive plays from improv by Maye. I think they will stay with him but if they don't I'm not sure who they will replace him with. Furthermore, I want Elliot Wolf to be let go and a proper GM to be hired for the rebuild. What do you guys think and who would they possibly replace him with?
