Shooting Star Stance Changes

As of now the Shooting Star Stance feels vastly underpowered when compared to the Monastic Archer Stance (throwing weapons in general seem very weak). Would it be all that overpowered if the Shooting Star Stance worked with all Throwing Weapons instead of just Shurikens?
