Any inspiration for a lightning strike build?

So I've decided I want to play lightning strike this league, however I don't have that much time so I'd like to stay on 1 character. I saw Tuna's video on poison LS pathfinder, which will be my goal, however I was wondering how to leaguestart it (the budget version is 20 div). Would poisonous concoction be good and eventually transition or are there other/better ways to do this? I'd like your help ^^
