Trading is broken

The state of trade in the game has never been worse in my opinion. This game needs an auction house so badly. I have spent 4 hours trying to buy HoWa and in those 4 hours I have sent out 58 different requests and got back a measly 2 responses despite things being posted seconds ago. The 2 people that did accept my invite doubled their asking price....this is ridiculous
