What do you do when you know it's trigger time?

Eating and sleeping times are always my biggest triggers.

I am learning why eating time triggers me but I'm not sure on the sleeping. It's not really making a difference understanding why I'm triggered. I just don't know what to do. I get so frustrated, annoyed and angry. It's not like I can walk away and take a few minutes to myself.

Kids are 3 and 4.
