Would you want to have twins?

Ever since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by the idea of having twins. Interestingly, a psychic once predicted I would have boy-girl twins which really fueled my excitement. However that vision didn’t come to pass and I instead welcomed a wonderful son.

Initially I only planned on having two children so the prospect of twins seemed perfect..it would have meant going through just one pregnancy, which I thought would be quite efficient, provided all went well. Alas, it wasn’t in the cards for me and two years later, I had a second pregnancy and was blessed with a beautiful daughter.

I’m curious to hear from others. What are your thoughts or experiences with the idea of having twins? Did anyone else grow up dreaming of twins, and how has your reality matched up with those expectations?
