is Ignorance metal influenced?

i was listening to Ignorance in the car with my mom on the way to school and she said it sounded a little bit like metal, im not knowledgeable enough to say anything on it but i just though y’all would have some interesting insight. does ignorance sound like it took some influence from metal?
