Help please! Outfit wheel

I'm feeling really silly for needing to ask but I can't figure out how to get to the quick change outfit wheel on switch. 😅 I figured out how to save outfits and add them to the wheel but every tutorial I can find is from a PC player and I can't figure out how to actually use the wheel to quick change. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
