Am I a perv?

So I’m a 28 years old married guy from Pak, coming from a rather conservative family. All ladies in my family observe moderate pardah. Recently I have noticed a change in myself. I don’t mind when other men (from family or strangers) are checking out the women from my family. Previously I would give such men a hard stare down but now I act like I’m not even there. I can sense when someone is trying to be a tharki with them but i think i have accepted it as something normal and harmless. Am I on a path to full blown perversion?
