Message Response From Mohela

This "r/PSLF" thread has been a great help to me and other and I'd like to contribute.

My Mohela account balance is zero and shown as in good standing. I sent a message to Mohela through the "New Messages" link on the website, asking for confirmation. I received a reply today confirming my loans have been discharged. The message also said a letter confirming was sent on 1/2/2023 and to allow up to 10 business days to receive.
