Tattoos and piercings?

I just asked this in the EDS subreddit as well to see if anyone had any advice. I've been thinking for a while of getting my helix pierced (I had my lobes done when I was 9 and they healed pretty quickly) and was wondering if Pots would have any affects on it? My biggest concern really is me fainting on top of it and hitting it off something but that comes with the territory for pots i guess (I would on average faint maybe once a week for reference).

I was also thinking of getting a tattoo on my arm (back of the arm, just above my elbow) and I'm more concerned about this with EDS due to stories I've heard about stretchy skin but I was wondering if Pots should be a factor I should be concerned about getting it?

Any advice would be much appreciated about either!!
