Flashing red error LED, am I screwed?

Just installed a new machine imported from Europe, power it up and I find the error LED is flashing (HMI connects and I have an output come on saying there’s no fault in the physical system). I don’t have the software to connect, I’ve ran into similar issues with AB PLCs where I would have to go online to clear the faults but at this job they haven’t set me up with a computer or software yet. Is there anything I can do?
