PLC Library

Hi fellow PLC redditors, I’m looking into developing a library for our company, we are SI’s covering a range of industries, and would like to create a feature rich solid lib that can be rolled out to existing and new clients.

Some details on the plan: Siemens TIA based SCADA lib also (wincc) Alarming is crucial Simulation of signals from the SCADA (user access rights based) Maintaining the plant after we left should be simple for the owners of the plant

Initial blocks: Digital inputs Analog inputs Digital outputs Analog outputs Motor blocks (DOL / Soft starter / VSD) Valve block Interlock block PID Duty standby / assist Sequencer

My question to you is: What functions would you include or exclude? What blocks would you add to my list?
