Is 25k worth it?

Hi po, I had my final interview sa company na pinag-applyan ko and they're offering 22.5k base salary with 2.5k non-taxable allowance. The company is based on Makati and I'm from Malabon. So habang inaantay ko po if accepted ba ako or hindi, nagkakaron ako ng doubts if tama bang iwanan ko trabaho ko. (Accounting and Bookkeeping industry po)

Just for background po pala: I'm still working sa company na pinag-ojt-an ko, inabsorb po nila ako right after ng internship and naregular na ako last May 2024 pa. But sadly there's no salary increase (minimum wage padin po ako, M-F and work, no overtime, wala ding other benefits such as SL/VL, or HMO kasi 1yr upon regularization pa baho magkakaron ng ganon), I really love the office ambiance and super luwag ng management, talagang ambaba lang ng compensation. Kaya naghahanap ako ng iba.

I was offered 25k pero Makati siya, unlike sa current work ko na Quezon City lang. But the company offered HMO, SL/VL, and other benefits agad upon regularization. Also after 5 months, magiging hybrid setup din siya. 3days on-site, 2days wfh.

I want to hear other people's opinion po regarding sa JO. Napamahal nadin kasi ako sa company dahil sobrang dami kong natutunan while in here. If kayo po ba, would you take the offer?
