If you play Innocent Sin Online with Maya on the day products ordered from Tanaka’s Amazing Commodities are supposed to be delivered, then instead of finding the products at the front desk as you return back to the dorm, you actually find them outside your room as you exit your room after playing.
The products are delivered on Tuesdays, whereas you can usually only play with Maya on Sundays—therefore, this will only happen if Tuesday happens to be a holiday, and you spend it playing with Maya.
Just thought it was a cool little detail.
