What worked for you?

I am currently starting my weight loss journey with my newly discovered pcos. My daily goal is 1500cal max (i am short) with about 140-150g of protein and a max of 100g carbs. I want to start working out 3-4 times a week soon. I also try to supplement inositol but I am very forgetful. Currently at 74kg aiming for realistically 65-60kg or even better about 55kg.

What worked for you the best personally? Or any good workout plans that worked for you that I could try?
