NEW germs discussion

We already have mutated plants. What about mutated germs?
How about they mutate depending on what dupes eat while sick or their skills?

Symptoms might include:
- Vomiting
- Fainting
- Bladder fills faster
- Dupes breathe more heavily (mouth breather kind of debuff)
- they eat more calories
- lose stamina quicker
- loss of strength
- loss of athletics
- blocked from doing X kind of errand such as cooking/digging/research:
Headache: cannot think much and is blocked from doing research
Weak bones: arm gets fracture and cannot do digging errands or supply with one arm
Weak bones II: legs get fractured, cannot jump, animation shows dupe in crutches or dragging their leg, climbing stairs is 50% slower
Loud sneezer: dupe will sneeze at night waking up other dupes and spreading germs, the dupe will also have poor sleep status for the cycle
Confusion: dupe will have 50% chance of forgetting their current tasks, dropping the resources, standing on the spot for a few seconds, and then looking for another task
Mood swings: will yell at other dupes, giving them the "sad" debuff for half a cycle - sad dupes will stop to cry for a few seconds
Madness: dupe will desconstruct random buildings - can only occur once per cycle and cannot be cancelled or stopped
