What could Blizzard do to bring that spark back to Overwatch 2?

I want to see OW2 pop off again. Not for Blizzard but for those of us who still enjoy the game. I know it's possible. I watched No Mans Sky and SWBF2 go from zero's to hero's in a matter of months right before my eyes so don't say "it's too late'. We got 6v6 and that's alot of fun. What's else should they do?
