Males who have permanent urge to urinate what has worked for you?

I have had for the last 2-3 years what seems like a permanent urge to urinate always. I pee then immediately after peeing I feel no relief and it's as if I still need to pee. No pain, no leakage, and I can hold my pee for 2+ hours by distracting myself, but obviously with the constant sensation of needing to pee. Those of you with this one main symptom, what have you tried and what works for you? Medication, nerve stimulation, dealing with anxiety?
