Losing faith I'll find relief for this hell

I am struggling so much trying to deal with the idea this sensation will never ever get better. It's been 6 years and doctors don't want to try anything else. They have no answers for me. They say it must be anxiety because all my tests come back negative or look normal.

I've had:

bladder ultrasound, prostate exam, camera in my bladder, urodynamics, MRI, blood tests, urine tests, countless std tests, pelvic floor exercise

Meds: Mirabegron, Amitriptyline, Solifenacin

Living with this constant urge to urinate is driving me crazy and really starting to deteriorate my life. It's so hard to do anything these days when I always feel the need to pee constantly and it feels like it's getting worse. There isn't a single moment where this sensation gets better or momentarily goes away. I just want to burn off all the nerves in my bladder of whenever that might be causing me to feel this way. No medication has offered any relief what so ever. I've been doing bladder retaining for 4 months now, but nothing helps. Every second of every day is just spent trying to put at least 2 hours between bathroom breaks. I hold for as long as I can and keep my trips to the bathroom to less than 10 per day. Each one is so unsatisfying as I never get relief. It's so hard to fall asleep at night with this torture, and when I do it's short lived.

I have bladder Botox and Tibial Nerve Stimulation left to try, and if those don't work I honestly have no idea what to do. I just want some kind of relief just for a few hours, at this point I would do just about anything not to feel the need to urinate.

Is anyone out there in a similar boat to me, but have finally found relief? My only symptom seems to be a constant persistent urge to urinate that never goes away but sometimes changes in intensity. No leakage or pain.
