Ryoba and Ayano's relationship is confusing...

So this is a response from Yandere Dev explaining why Ryoba loves Ayano.

But... in the game when Ryoba is talking to Fungirl about getting her an alternate happy ending, she says Ayano's life would be sacrificed. Ryoba is seen to be fine with this and Fungirl goes on to say that Ryoba would sacrifice anybody for her senpai, even her own daughter.

So does Ryoba love her or not??!? I don't understand. Ryoba ONLY loves her senpai, but she also loves Ayano? So wait, does she only love Ayano because she symbolizes the love between Ryoba and Jokichi?
