Is OPPO RENO 13 5G at 29k a steal?

I need a phone and my priority is UI and camera around 30k. Oppo reno 13 is usually 35k+ but today it's at 31k and with exchange I'm getting it at 29k. Should there be any second thaught or us there any vetter device at this price range?
