Get into it?

So my dad doesn’t really like growls and stuff but he likes songs like burden, harvest, face if Melinda and stuff and for my birthday we are going to concerts and stuff. How should I get him to start liking stuff like black water park. I can’t really use the flowchart cos he isn’t that into prog rock either so what should I do? Like give 5 songs in order progressing from not heavy to very heavy Edit: let me rephrase that: he doesn’t enjoy prog rock but doesn’t mind it much and he dislikes growls
