Suggestions for a starter deck

Hey guys, I just start to learn the game, I need some suggestions about what starter deck to buy, I enjoy playing with White Beard deck, the Katakuri one, I try to play with the purple Luffy and the blue Doflamingo, it was cool but in the begining is kinda hard. I'm looking to buy two decks to play with some friends, Do you guys have some suggestions?
