RSO Help!!

I got the certified brand hybrid "the cream" RSO. I am super nervous about dosing. Anyone wanna help me out lol. I know a dose is the size of rice but how many do I take. How long does it take to kick in? I know I sound super dumb I just don't want to overdo it. Thank ya in advance!!

Update: i figured out RSO isn't for me lol. It's to much work and I'm lazy AF lol going to stick with my gummies
