50th Birthday

I need ideas please. A few years ago a friend totally got me for my 50th birthday. Everything in my office was covered in foil. Everything. It was hilarious. So now my friend is turning 50 and I would love to do something to them. I’m not sure if that can be topped though? And thoughts there Reddit nation?
