Microsoft 365 apps won't download

I'm logged in to my client's M365 account and I need to download the Office apps. When I click the "Installation and more button" and choose "Install Microsoft 365 apps", a new tab opens that eternally stays at "Loading...".

Using freshly installed Chrome on a freshly installed PC. What can I do to actually get the apps that were paid for?
